In the book, what we do is we strive for more fairness. So wherever you see bargaining leverage tilted in one direction rather than the other, we try to even it out. In every instance except one where they found an accounting error, it was in the favor of the label and not the artist. And contract is matter of state law. State laws are easier to amend than federal laws or federal regulations.
