i was scared of food. I relapsed a little bit at the week end, just thinking about what i could eat. There are really toxic behaviours around food that actually evidenced the fact that it isn't about dieting and exercise, it's about what are you using food for? We're not talking about this because you need to lose weight to be acceptable. We'd talk about this because we have, as far as we know, we have, this one shot at life, and you want to be able to like your body as a beautiful vehicle to express yourself. And so i hope we get to a point where it's ok to ask people, what's their relationship like with food
