Texas is only a small part of the global panorama. A combine of transnational companies is aggressively consolidating public finance infrastructure. The whole purpose about the North American Free Trade Agreement is not about trade, it's about control. Control of people, cash is even worse. It's subsidized trade with taxpayers funds.
