Is There a Playbook for That?

Andiike: I used to be very prescriptive, and o i taught these things is like, um yo had a series of tools. But this whole year it's been like, oh, i don't have to follow any of that advice. That drains me. The more i knew myself, the less i relied on other people's answers for how things should be. Andiike: It's about sort of deeply introspecting and understanding both your, like, the various facets of yourself, your your values, your world view.
