This moment comes from the second movement of his string quartet K590. Mozart does something in this movement that Brahms would later make famous, which is mix, major, and minor keys. There are videos on YouTube which show you in detail how Mozart did this, including with color-coded themes. And leave it to Mozart to be so good that I need to choose another one of his works for my fifth favorite moment.
