Warren's Tax on the Very Wealthy

Billionaires aren't sitting on cash their wealth is invested. For someone like Jeff Bezos to come up with the estimated five point four billion dollars he would owe the IRS each year. That's around one point eight million shares per year. The tax would cause Bezos control of Amazon to drop from 10% today to seven percent in 10 years and then 5%. Duplicate this effect for other billionaire entrepreneurs like Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg - what you see is that Warren's tax would rest control of businesses out of the hands of the very people whose visions drive those businesses.
