The Effects of Carbohydrates on Inflammatory Markers

Dietary carbohydrate the protein ratio had no effect on inflammatory markers. Carbohydrates don't appear to be inflammatory in humans, especially when you're trying to lose weight. The more saturated fat you have per day, the more your tesaserun goes up. I'm not a fan of ketogenic diets for humans unless you have intractible epilepsy or neuro degenerate disease.
