The Data Manipulation of Francesca Gino
Three researchers found suspicious data manipulation on four separate papers from Francesca Gino. The reason why they were suspicious of her was again because her hypotheses were so out of the ordinary, but her effect sizes were always really large. So through various means, they managed to acquire the datasets from four different studies of hers. And when they looked into the raw data and tried to see if there was anything suspicious going on, they ended up finding some very suspicious entries.
