It now feels like the concern that we're going to reach the singularity moment in the next five years or 10 years is just not realistic. But when you look at like the 50 year time horizon from Rose and Blat building, these really simple neural networks could sort of barely recognize a large letter. We can't begin to conceive of all the advancements that would happen in that timeframe.
