The Labour Party's Policy on Migration
Labour leader Kia Stama pledged to defend migrants' rights after the vote. He said full voting rights for EU nationals were part of his manifesto. But Mr Miliband says that is not Labour's policy and points-based system will work. There are currently 606,000 net migration figures - a figure he believes should come down.
