Belting is the time for honoring, so you can create a belting altar in celebration and honor of fertility and the life force. It's also a good time to bathe the statues on your altars, or any other kind of object on your altar that gets dusty throughout the year. The number nine was sacred to the celts and to many other traditions. I'm also thinking about sexi candles, fruits and honey. These are all very errotic things to place on our beltine altars if we're wanting to call in that joyful, exuberant love.
