Fo peple: It's not that chivo bit coin are circulating outside of the chivoeco system. They would have to build a payment system that competes with bit coin and lightning, and that's y challenging. In order to be fudutiary media, it has to be freely floating. The value can't just be, you know, one for one. If it's one for one, either there's some kind of government backing or it's a hundred percent reservel. That's the alternative there.
