Who Lives Who Dies Who Tells Your Story?

As an Apple fan, I find it very strange that they're exercising control over something. It's hard to believe that a company that would have policies like they have on the App Store, would come along and say we don't want to pay to make millions of dollars to make a TV show. That wasn't Tim Cook though, right? That was somebody else. The body in charge of Netflix at the time. But I just found this very interesting because it was the whole- who lives who dies who tells your story?
