I'm far from perfect by any means. But i love that growth mine. I've got every trave on, biking, running, swimming, strength training, book every night. Try to make it a habit. For 30 years of reading, a minimum of 30, 60 minutes every day. It's funny how really open people are if you just ask,. Isn't it amazing? People actually are quite happy to share. And then even if you feel like you share everything, people always think you've got more to share anyway. So you might as well just keep sharing, and it gets you out there.
