Is There a Sanitizer in the Washing Machine?

When she first came to both South Korea and China, I was surprised that they would just use like hot water to clean the mop and then just mop. In America, it's more disinfecting. And my husband got this, um, shildugwe, like a sanitizer, even more severe than that for our dishes and chopsticks. Now, it's very, very popular.
