How to Buy a Site for 20 Times Valuation
You want to make sure the majority of the traffic is organic and if it's social, that's also okay. I actually made a bid on a Pinterest based site once, but they wouldn't be my first choice. If it's all paid traffic or paid social or paid anything, I would not recommend buying the site at all. Unless your bread and butter skill set is driving cheap paid clicks could be a tough tough nut to crack for somebody else's business.
