The Prophet's Life Was Always Generous

The Prophet's life was never asked for anything, and he said no. Jabir al-li-al-a-anhu also narrates the authentic hadith that the Prophet's life said: The food of one is enough for two, the food of four is enough for eight. He says this culture wasn't just some text; there was an entire culture behind it.
