Do You Think the State Attorney General's Office Can Override the State Process?
In december, we got a resolution to the federal case, and was not in our favour. The state filed in state court against me personally and brought an action to compel this order to be in place. Those two things ave been going on in parallel. I want to say that we suspected this would happened when you're doing something like this. And i've been involved in court cases before, never as the plaintiff or the defendant,. But i've been involvement as an expert witness and other things in the past. Back when i did a lot of planning work, there were annexation disputes and other things that were in of courtad i was involved in those.
