When you're a seller, you have to look at your roll as somebody who is there to actually help and make an impact. And the relationship piece, you can only lik mess up, basically. You could be a complete jerk to someone, that could turn them off. But as it relates to a complex sale, yet, i think, especially when selling into older industries, a lot of what you're selling against are the relationships that are intact.
