Delegation - What's the Mind Set of an Interpreter?

You know, in essence, it's creating boundaries, putting a stake in the ground. We don't want it to have so much rigidity that you lose sight of things. I think having a mind set of that that's flexible and creative around how things get done, that sort of lays into the delegation a little bit. But i think it maybe is broader than that of just having and an outcomes oriented mind set, verses like an input's oriented mind set.
