How to Be Respectful to Guests on X-Class

Paris is the new host of X-Class across both games, Hagreya and X-Class. How do you set the lines for how you talk with guests like Phil and others? We all know you like to dive into question and get to core answer but when it comes to respecting the guests and trying to get a straight answer, is this something you do by feeling their response? Do you have your own? I'm happy with the answer line that you don't cross to not upset PR more specifically, not accept Jeff Rubenstein.
