The Bad Idea for Apple to Be a Provider
I think they need access to clinical environments because they need to do the type of research you described on reversing hypertension. And for them, a $500 million bet in that space to do some R&D is not a big deal. They have such big employee populations that having their own medical service as an employer is like, makes sense,. But to roll that out to 360 million Americans is a totally different thing. I just think it's incredibly complex. Why would you start there? I don't know why you would start there.
