Patrick, i think part of it is like when you first start off, and you think like, oh, no, one above me doesn't know all these new things i know coming out of school. And then you learni my more recent a bent on building up your gut fuel that there's a lot of things that you don't know whether a certain approach is going to be too fast or too slow. It can look really bad to have that blind ambition where you say, look, i just wat to be promoted. I'm excellent at my job. Whereas the people above you are going will it's clear you're not a cause.
