The parker solar probe celebrated its 40th anniversary with a party. The mission has opened up new areas of science for the U.S., including heliophysics. Head scientist Nickie Soth says it's an inspirational mission that just keeps giving and giving and giving. She also talks about how we might one day return to interstellar space, which is high on her priority list.
