Tom Plass was built a squat, right? When he got the bottom of squat, he had a completely vertical torso. So it was literally just the case of structurally, he just could not load his squats from squat. And then as you get really heavy, really heavy into a squat, it becomes more a hip extensure dominated anyway,. You're going to have like, you're going to get more of the abductors and glutes and that stuff. If we're just talking hypertrophy, we're not talking balance coordination and other things. How much?
