Developing a Distributed Engineering Team
The company started as a distributed team with offices in israel, london and theuk. It imposed a lot of constraint on our hiring motion but it was all worth while to get things done. The first thing i would look for is trying to assess whether the team can benefit from diling up its israel mentality or dialing up its brin. This combination was so unique compared to any anythimg i have been on before. And really contribute to my deep, deep appreciation of what diversity can do on a tem Diversity of many, many kinds.
