How to Make a Change in Your Life
We are all like these little ecosystems and we self-regulate to keep that ecosystem balanced. Any major change in your life happens one little step at a time, it doesn't happen all at once. Whatever is not in front of you, whatever you are not currently pointed at does not need your focus.
