Stockoverflow - Remote First Company?

When you're on a remote team, it has to be remote first. The tools have gotten so good that there's no reason to physically come into the office any more as long as everybody's using them. Another important thing that we learn is that everybody has to be approximately on the same time zone. And i would love to hear you rant about how to do remote work right and how are people doing remote wrong?
