The first step is to basically understand the language that the user is talking about, right? So we need to have an LPE system in place. That's the core engine. And then it comes in like multiple levels of intent recognition. Like at what level are you going to understand the language? And again, when you add language as, I mean, if you want to support multilingual conversations, it's called add more complexity as you move into the system.
