Starting a Company - What Was It Like?
i knew a lot about health care, but i had never operated before. And starting a company was something that was interesting. But i also kind of saw what was going on. I talked to those founders for four years. For me, taking two years to experiment and learn everything beyond finance felt like a really good decision. The network itself has been invaluable. Some people get that network from other places, from where they work originally. Others start their career in a high grow start up that ipo s, and they create that network.
