In your TED talk, you said that some of these people will have four of these around the globe. Which means that they're unoccupied for almost the whole year. Who spends $85 million on something and it doesn't live in it? I can't even imagine. There's no real any other purpose of it because like even if the stock exchange crashes or whatever, these 85 millions at first they lose a bit of their value but they never going to become flat zero.
