A list of things that i know will either energize or heal me. If you're feeling absolutely terrible, pick up a pen and paper to write down something you did to day. It could be waking up, it could be eating chocolete,. It could be having a shower. But write it down, because that can take you from feeling like your day has been a failure to frealing like actually, you have accomplished many things to day - which is not true.
