The Impact of Leadership in Team Coaching
Many leaders struggle with taking up leadership. They've kind of gotten the idea that everything needs to be done through collaboration or consensus. In large teams and in fast-paced organizations, people often team members running around doing what they think is important but it's not coordinated into a hole. The dominant voices in the team we're gaining traction others were being suppressed because leadership wasn't challenging energy.
