Plants and Their Internal Clocks
Plants close up at night and open up during the day to get as much sunlight as possible. This pattern was first discovered in 17 29 by a french astronomer, Jean jacques. He thought he'd seal off any sunlight from getting in the room but they still did this opening and closing thing even though there was no change to light. So what you do when it's conscious, you throw it in the cupboard and lock it awaybit. It didn't know it was night time outside, but it was operating on its own internal clock which was bit of a banker.
