Williams Talking Points?

The williams lack the ability to put down performance through aero dynamics. It's clearly some sort of ingrained problem that they need to address. They talk about it lacking down force, where in monoco do you need down force? But these cars all run high down force packages to max ise what they have. And the the williams, that's just not and it's in the cars skill set, unfortunately.
