The Habit Score Card

The two minute rule is the idea that a habit must be established before it can be improved upon. If you have this two minute morning exercise habit locked in then you can strive to expand it, modify it and intensify your commitment. And maybe put in some consequences and repercussions if you need to, such as accountability partners and things like that. I guess that's what this exercise is all about, when i'm making a show about my daily habits and routines. By by doing so, i'm illuminating the good stuff as well as the bad stuff.
