Social Services, What Does It Do?
Gill: The system does not do what its name says it does. When i was about 19, I tried to get stats like a, how much of the welfare money spent actually goes to recipients? Couldn't find the data. Then i realized, ok, social services, what does it do? Probobly, spends 95 % of its money on bureaucrats who are implementing social service programms. Well, ho thehell can those people get anything done? And then you say, well, why did they fund ras 25 hours a week while they have to be elected every two years?
