The Challenges of Living on a Sailboat

The two co founders that I mentioned earlier were struggling was because they were physically unwell. They weren't doing their best work anymore because they were exhausted. And just sitting down and eating lunch together and enjoying one another is a practice of saying over lunch, we're not talking about work. Had that's now a practice of these other clients of mine, because they realized that their existing practices got in the way of them knowing each other as people. It couldn't be more fitting because James has children. And that's worth knowing.
