The Effects of Raising Minimum Wages on Jobs
Michael Reich and colleagues at the University of California at Berkeley have just published a study, the first ever done on the $15 minimum wage. They found to the horror of neoclassical economists everywhere, that not only didn't those big wage jumps, kill jobs, they created them,. And it's just such a vindication of all this work that we've been doing. It effectively has dragged the economics profession into the 21st century.
