Could it be that we have been more influenced by the materialism of the surrounding culture? I am afraid that we expose our minds, in the huge entertainment structure around us to things that we should not meditate on. You cannot argue that they do not influence you in some waymaybe the edge of our consciences have been worn down by the repeated exposure to things that god says are wrong.
