Do You Want to Appeal the Public Charge Rule?
The Supreme Court is taking up a case on the public charge issue. The Biden administration doesn't want to have to go through two years of APA shenanigans to withdraw the public charge rule, David Frum says. So they don't appeal and then states want to quote unquote intervene. And that case did get oral argument granted, but in the end it was ditched dismissed as improvidently granted.
