How to Be a Better Nose Breather at Night

I grew up as a mouth breather at night. And I've been trying to sort of change that habit. Some people have to breathe through their mouth because let's say they eat dairy and they don't know that they're congested because of the dairy. The problem is that if that goes on too long, right, then we're not helping ourselves. So in terms of a practice to switch off,. you know, that chronic stress response and switch on the rest and digest, you know, nervous system, what I would recommend is trying out the four by eight technique. It's a very organic natural way of breathing all the way down till your belly.
