i fear what's happening right now is the over automation of the process with people just going through the motions. As a sales professional, let auto ation do almost everything, but before it goes to the client, before you have that conversation,. Before you send that emal, take it, look at it, humanize it and then send it, and then do it. And that's where automation works.
