How to Reduce Food Sensitivities

Butyrates, tryptophan and niacin were the biggest game changers for me with food sensitivities. Each of these short chain fatty acids are category but like you said each of them has a different way they're affecting the body. We see people I'd say the most frequent one is people feeling a lot better based on something we're doing, but they're able bees go in the wrong way or something like that. You have to think about how to manage it.
