Private Credit Is More Liquid Than Public Markets

Private credit doesn't trade. So it's not like public markets where there's pricing and trading happening all the time. The private market offers an alternative that requires a relatively small number of lenders. It gives greater certainty and speed of execution, both of which are valuable to issuers.
