When we do our summits and another one we're just about to do one in Australia in a few weeks. One of the things that's interesting about that is that we bring together very diverse sets of communities of practice. So people from fire, medicine, NASA, special operations. And what's always shocking to people that have never been to it is how much they have in common with the other folks in that group.
