If you have super long arms, benching partials to pins with pins set maybe two or three inches off of your chest could be a good exercise modification. For squats, they may not agree with your hips, but it's worth at least playing around with a wider stant squat. Your arms probably need to get pretty big. If you're some one who wants to compete in power lifting maximum legal width, at least give it a shot. Really play around with your bench arch. Try to make it as big as possible.
