Product Management - Is Humility an Attribute?

In the right environment, product development teams are empowered to drive an outcome. The traits that i'm looking for are humility, empathy and systems thinking. I want to see that they could beat cognitive biases. Are they able to go into situations with a burning idea instead of just laying that on people? Do they know how to de bias themselves in an effective way? That would be one of my interview questions. And do they understand the kind of concepts behind thingslike crucial conversations, or psychological safety, or getting to yes with yourself? Most product strategies i see just like setting up success theatre is not real deep strategic thought. Like there's no real long-term strategy work going on at all
