miklejay fox is having parkinson's disease and being diagnosed from age 29 with this lifelong condition. This one's really interesting because he had a bad run of a he had haven a back operation cause there was a tumor on his spine. And so it's this kind of dealing with how do you deal when you just don't feel any more like you want to try to find the bright side in things? So i thought it was a superb memoir, because there's so much nonsense gets written about optimism and the power of optimism and all the rest of it. He still is optimistic. But he makes the point that there are times where that is bloody difficult to do.
