Is the Erosion of Constitutional Safeguards Normalized?
I think what purpose it serves for the supreme court to have done this is to, it's a very long, it seems redundant, really, judgment. It just that it does seem that they wanted to say that the piamele is constitutional. There is no problem in the law at all. So as the sue generate, part of it seems to be quite unnecessary. They could have said all that they have said without having, you invoked those terms. I don't know how serious it is about its other safeguards. Many safe guards have been read into article 21, including right to fair trial,. But these have become, these definitely havby are getting eroded overtime and quite a bit
